Are Zola registries searchable? ›

You can access their Zola registry or wedding website by typing in their URL in your browser and pressing enter. Additionally, you can search for a couple in the search bar on the Zola homepage.

💳Why does Zola have a 2.5% transaction fee for cash funds? All credit card companies charge a transaction fee to transfer money online, and ours is just 2.5%. You can have guests pay the fee or you can absorb it!

Your free guest list manager will track RSVPs from everyone (plus ones and children, too!) and even meal choices and song requests.

In addition to making your wedding website public or private, within your Privacy Settings you have the option to make your website searchable on search engines and on Zola. Change your settings by clicking "Yes" / "No" and then selecting "Save Search Changes."

You can see who has visited your registry and signed your Guestbook when you login to your account and hover over Settings located at the top of the page.

Contributions via Venmo using bank, Venmo balance, or debit card do not have any accompanying fees for the sender, but guests must return to Zola after contributing to note how much they sent.

There is a low 2.5% fee to cover credit card processing. You can choose to let guests pay this fee at checkout or absorb it on their behalf when you transfer funds to your bank. You can also add gifts to your Zola registry from other online stores.

Please rest assured Zola does not store guests' credit card information. All bank and credit card information was never exposed and continues to be protected. You and your guests can feel comfortable shopping on Zola moving forward.

How long does Zola registry last? ›

They say nothing lasts forever. Not at Zola. Your account, website, and registry will never expire. You and your guests will be able to shop your registry and visit your wedding website even after your wedding date, as long as you keep those pages Visible from within your Account Settings.

Once you're ready to add your Amazon registry to your Zola registry, visit this page. When we ask for your Amazon registry's URL, paste the URL you copied and hit “Add Registry.”

Keep in mind, guests can only RSVP if they are 1) on your guest list AND 2) marked as "Definitely Invited" to at least one event! Here's a few other troubleshooting steps we suggest: - All guests must have a first and last name on the guest list - including children - in order to submit an RSVP.

Even though we offer FREE guest addressing on your envelopes, we don't mail anything directly to your guests. We'll send the entire order to the shipping address you enter at checkout, and it will be up to you to assemble the envelopes, add postage, and mail them out whenever you're ready to do so!

However, you can limit access by excluding your registry from search engines and Zola's search bar under your privacy settings (see below). If you select “No” for both of these settings, your guests will only be able to find your registry through your direct URL.

Log into your account on The Knot, go to your Wedding Website Dashboard and select Manage next to Privacy Settings. In Settings, under "Visibility" set "Allow your site to appear in search engines" to No. Select Done and please allow up to 30 days for your url to no longer appear in search engine results.

You can also edit your Privacy Settings by visiting the Privacy Settings page and toggling to "Not Visible". It will take up to 30 days for your website to be hidden from search engines like Google if you already had that option turned on.
