Adam has participated as a competitor for two years in the Future Legends of BBQ competition. He represented Camp Mondamin with Chef Kirk Wynn in 2009, taking 2nd place in the Competitor’s Choice category. In 2010, Adam was a member of the Urgent Care team.

Katlyn earned this opportunity by successfully participating in a weekend camp session at Camp Bob, followed by a longer session at Camp Ton-A-Wandah in 2008, and the Pathmakers program for 2008/09 and 2009/10.

Katlyn earned recognition as “Pathmaker of the Year” for 2009/10 for consistently demonstrating a positive attitude, helping others, taking initiative, and for overcoming challenges of being away from home for 4 weeks for camp last year and embracing her camp opportunity.

Katlyn is an excellent student and enjoys her family. She and her family participated in the HCYLP Future Legends of BBQ Competition in 2009 and placed 4th in the “Theme” category and 8th out of 25 in the “Sauce” category.
